- Post Title: Civil Engineer
We are searching for a motivated, experienced site engineer with extensive industry expertise.
Accountabilities:
- To properly plan projects, he or she examines data from sources like maps, long-range plans, and survey reports.
- Preparing for every phase of a project and analyzing its risks.
- A civil engineer’s job will involve taking government rules, construction costs, potential environmental risks, and other relevant considerations into account.
- In addition to gathering and submitting permission applications to the appropriate government authorities, such as the local, state, and federal governments, he or she will make sure that projects comply with the various requirements.
- In order to ensure that the soil is suitable for the structure to be built on and that the foundation has the necessary strength to support the structure, civil engineers are also responsible for organizing the soil testing procedure.
- Testing steel, concrete, asphalt, and other building materials to be used on a project to make sure they meet standards and requirements is another one of his or her responsibilities.
- In addition, he or she calculates the project’s expected cost of production, which takes into account labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- A civil engineer’s job description also includes using design tools to plan and create hydraulic and transportation systems, as well as structures that adhere to industry and governmental requirements.

Qualifications and abilities:
- A bachelor’s in civil engineering, or its equivalent.
- A qualified engineer with an Engineering Registration Board (ERB) registration.
- Two years of experience building infrastructure.
- Solid practical experience in the fields of civil engineering, buildings, roads, highways, and towers.
- Outstanding familiarity with design and visualization programs like Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and others.
- Expertise in grading, erosion management, utility design, site planning, and regulatory approvals, among other areas.
- Supervisory and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional engineer license.
- Add any training you may have (medical, fall arrest, rope rigging, etc.).

2. Post Title: RF & Transmission Engineer
Job Summary:
- Conduct engineering assessment and testing activities for communication systems, including event planning, execution, and reporting.
- Diagnose and fix technical problems with RF radios, ground communication systems, and satellite communications terminals C, X, KU, and KA.
– Provide the standards and procedures for evaluating the network testing components’ durability, performance, and functionality. - Incorporates automation using instruments for analysis and stimulation.
- Automate the present tools that are meant to regulate the topologies, connections, and analysis control of RF attenuation patch panels.
- Set up and incorporate the automation test tool suite and test bed.
- Have practical experience with the IP network, ground control stations, 4G, 4G LITE, 5G, RF, and SATCOM line of sight (LOS) and beyond LOS (BLOS) communications platforms. Set up, program, connect, and verify radio frequency and related apparatus.
- Professional report production and analysis.
6. Perform tests to qualify equipment, such as satellite modems, frequency converters, high power amplifiers, antennas, microwave radios, PCS equipment, MMDS equipment, and LMDS equipment, among other items.
7. Tests for compatibility with applications supplied by the vendor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, and telecommunication engineering.
- Two years of professional experience.
- Certificates for rope rigging, fall arrest, basic rescue, medical certifications, and any kind of training.
