We are seeking a driven and aspirational Business Development Manager to assist us in growing our customers. Workplace Duties:

  • In charge of digital ad sales, hit and surpass sales targets.
  • To increase sales and create long-term channel advantages, cultivate and uphold long-term connections with important partners, ad agencies, and advertisers. You should also look into novel channel business models.
  • Make necessary modifications to digital advertising development strategies by keeping an eye out for and identifying major developments in the digital advertising sector.
  • Gather market data in accordance with HQ’s instructions.
  • Find sponsors and advertisements for offline Boomplay music events.
  • Keeping track on fresh business prospects in the music sector.
  • Find sales leads and introduce our services to both current and potential customers.
  • Organizing, getting ready, and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Keep up positive working relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Informing potential customers about the advancements of our products.
  • Establishing objectives for corporations and creating plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Investigating, organizing, and carrying out fresh target market projects.
  • When appropriate, attend industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Setting targets for the business development team and creating plans to achieve those targets.
  • Pursuing and guiding leads through the sales funnel.
  • Recognizing our clients’ requirements and being able to successfully address them with a plan of action.
  • Compile and analyze sales data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Track and evaluate performance indicators, make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Generating and enhancing proposals to entice both new and current clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong bonds with clients and other company stakeholders.
  • Examining data from customer feedback to ascertain whether clients are happy with the goods and services provided by the business.
  • Supplying information on competitive positioning and product development.
  • Evaluating financial information and creating winning plans to save expenses and boost revenue.
  • Presenting firm offerings and negotiating commercial agreements in person to possible investors.
  • Enhancing company functionality in order to conform to primary business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of prior experience in an advertising agency, in a related sector, or in business-to-business digital ad sales is required.
  • Had must have been employed by an agency.
  • Must be aware of the many digital advertising price methods, such as CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPS, and CPI.
  • Expertise in the music industry.
  • Must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
