Background of the Company:
Act of Parliament No. 19 of 1993 created the Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), which started operations on January 1st, 1994. The Universal Services Obligation (USO), which requires TPC to offer dependable, reasonably priced, and easily accessible postal services to all citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania, is applicable to TPC as a recognized public postal operator.

Notification from Tanzania Postal Corporation’s Chief Postmaster.
The Tanzania Postal Corporation’s Chief Postmaster would like to notify all candidates for open posts that they should show up for interviews, which are set to take place between June 15, 2024, and June 21, 2024. Those that make the cut in these interviews will get jobs. The following guidelines must be followed by the applicants who are scheduled for interviews:
- The dates listed in this announcement’s timetable are when the interviews will take place. For every position, the time and location of the interview are mentioned.
- For verification purposes, each candidate needs to present a valid form of identification.
- A letter of introduction from your local government (Ward/Village) or a resident ID, voter’s ID, work ID, citizenship ID, passport, or any other valid form of identity are acceptable forms of identification.
- Depending on their qualifications, candidates may need to bring their ORIGINAL birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor’s degree, and more.
- Interviews will not be conducted with candidates who bring in testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, or results sheets for Form IV and Form VI.
- Each candidate is in charge of covering their own costs for lodging, food, and travel.
- Every applicant is required to keep to the time, date, and location designated for their interview.
- Those who studied outside of Tanzania must make sure the appropriate authorities (such TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) have validated and approved their certificates.
- Candidates must present both their practicing licenses and their ORIGINAL registration certificates for positions requiring professional board registration.
- It is required of all candidates to attend at the interview location forty (40) minutes prior to the appointed interview time.
- Candidates for jobs whose names are not listed in this notice should understand that they did not qualify. As a result, if they match the requirements of the relevant announcement, they should not hesitate to apply again when employment vacancies are announced.
