Role Objective:
The nexus of product development, marketing, and monetization is home to the digital growth manager. The post holder is in charge of developing and putting into action digital growth and acquisition strategies that produce steady revenue growth and devoted clientele.

The post holder will be in charge of creating and managing the company’s go-to-market strategy, campaign planning and management, affiliate marketing management, customer/partner funnel optimization, and external stakeholder management.

Excellent tracking performance should be the position holder’s obsession, and they are expected to continuously possess or obtain the necessary data to demonstrate what is and is not functioning, as well as to take prompt corrective action when needed. Key requirements for the position include having strong commercial acumen and the capacity to provide ideas for boosting product growth, customer acquisition, customer lifetime value, customer retention, revenue growth, and profitability.

Primary Accountabilities:

1. Use digital platforms to increase revenue and data users.

  • As a business leader, the Growth Manager bears responsibility for achieving the financial and strategic goals of the new growth digital firm.
  • Take an active role in creating the commercial strategy for digital company, including its ongoing iterations. These strategies outline the organization’s short- and long-term goals and make use of content partners, technology, information, and digitization capabilities.
  • Take the lead in developing and implementing the digital business’s Go-To-Market (GTM) and Distribution strategy, as well as its goods.
  • Align stakeholders and activate all organizational resources to produce the anticipated value by organizing the Consumer segment outcomes and prioritizing their execution.
  • Create and implement a consumer growth strategy to stimulate growth, optimize both short- and long-term return on investment, and improve our customer-facing acquisition and retention processes.
  • Engage important clients and industry players, such as content partners, to carry out initiatives that boost expansion and expand the uptake and penetration of your products.
  • In charge of creating and monitoring KPIs and Objective Key Results (OKRs) for the monthly business review (MBR) procedure.
  • Takes part in the planning process to restate objectives and define specifications.
  • Create and execute optimization tests both before and after launch for our whole client funnel.
  • Utilize data insights to create tailored loyalty and lifestyle retention programs that will maintain usage and reduce attrition.
  • Frequently involves senior executives and stakeholders in all facets of the digital business for communication and decision-making.

2. Collaborating with both internal and external clients to ensure seamless implementation and execution from start to finish.

  • Align stakeholders and activate all organizational resources to produce the anticipated value by organizing the Consumer segment outcomes and prioritizing their execution.
  • Create and implement a consumer growth strategy to stimulate growth, optimize both short- and long-term return on investment, and improve our customer-facing acquisition and retention processes.
  • Engage important clients and industry players, such as content partners, to carry out initiatives that boost expansion and expand the uptake and penetration of your products.
  • Important figurehead for tie-ups and strategic digital partnerships; in charge of vendor communication and engagement.
  • Accountable for carrying out the project roadmap.
  • Accountable for post-launch management and service quality.
  • Accountable for managing and integrating UAT from start to finish.
  • Accountable for ensuring alignment with all important parties (MIS, Sales, IT, etc.).
  • Conduct competitive and market research in the VAS industry to find opportunities and have an impact on business choices.
  • Create and execute optimization tests both before and after launch for our whole client funnel.

3. Encourage creativity:

  • Every quarter, have one innovation.

4. Increase Awareness & Saliency of Data Brand.

  • Take control of the digital space by leveraging tie-ups and strategic digital partnerships to increase revenue and data consumption.

5. Any additional responsibilities that may occasionally be allocated.

 

Experience and Qualifications.

Qualifications in Education and Functional/Technical Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a related discipline such as marketing, commerce, economics, business administration/management, or economics.
  • Having a master’s degree in business will help you in this regard.

    Experience That Matters:

  • Five years of formal commercial experience in the FMCG, Fintech, telecom, and other industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital value-added services, product and customer management, and project management.
  • Possess in-depth understanding of partnerships, customers, products, sales, and markets in the business arena.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements in textual form and convert business demands into a form that the development teams can use to fit with the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Ability to instill a culture of excellence that includes strong solutions, customer and market focus, project leadership, responsibility, high-performance teams, alignment, discipline, speed, and quality.
