About The Job
The responsibilities include inventory management, boosting footfall through BTL initiatives, meeting sales targets, and leading shop staff. The job entails substantial travel and assistance in locating and opening new retail sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage inventory across the region’s stores.
- Carrying out BTL operations, increasing footfall and sales in each store to meet monthly cluster targets.
- To manage and inspiring a team of Store Managers and Assistant Store Leaders.
- Assisted ZBM in identifying potential locations and launching new stores.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally from a retail background, with 6+ years of experience and a willingness to travel widely throughout the region.
