The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) was founded under Tanzania Revenue Authority Act No.11 of 1995. The Authority is a semi-autonomous government entity in charge of administering both Central Government taxes and a variety of non-tax earnings. TRA is now undertaking the Sixth Corporate Plan (CP6: 2022/23 – 2026/27), which has the Vision of “A Trusted Revenue Administration for Socio-economic Development” and the Mission of “We Make It Easy to Pay Tax and Improve Compliance for Sustainable Development”.
TRA seeks qualified, dynamic, and ethical candidates to fill positions in the Domestic Revenue, Customs and Excise, Human Resource Management and Administration, Legal Services, Procurement Management, Research and Planning, Finance, Internal Audit, Internal Affairs, and Risk and Compliance Departments.
Applications are thus solicited from appropriate qualified Tanzanians to fill such posts.
