Goal of the position:
You will be in charge of bringing in money for the business by keeping positive client relations and completing sales transactions over the phone.

The chosen applicant will be crucial in establishing the company’s sales strategy and making sure that sales goals are met.
Primary Accountabilities:
Planning & Strategy for Sales:
- Create and carry out a thorough sales plan that is in line with the overarching goals of the company.
- Examine consumer demands, market trends, and rivalry to find areas for expansion.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to match operational capabilities with sales strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Assemble, develop, and oversee a top-notch sales force.
- Establish definite goals for sales, offer continuing coaching, and promote a constant improvement mindset.
- Develop and put into action sales incentive plans to boost output and motivation.
Relationship Management with Clients:
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with important stakeholders and clients.
- Determine the demands of your clients and work with internal teams to provide solutions that are unique.

Generating Revenue:
