Post Title: Graduate Internships – 8 Positions

The BESIX Ballast Nedam (BBN) Limited, the contractor for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of the Jetty and Load Out Facilities in Tanga Bay for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project, is pleased to provide internship opportunities to recent graduates. If you graduated from a recognized and accredited college in 2023 or later and want to obtain practical experience in your profession, we urge you to apply for one of the opportunities listed below.
The Minimum requirements:
Tanzanian bachelor’s degree graduates with no more than two years of experience in the following fields:-
- The applicants must have a minimum of an Upper Second degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- The flexibility in performing both office and fieldwork.
- The applicants from locations surrounding our project location are strongly encouraged to apply.
The available positions:
Post Title: Civil Engineer – 3 positions.
Internship areas include metal work, coatings, concrete work, offshore construction, safety, and quality assurance and control.
Post Title: Finance & Accounts – 1 Position
The area of Internship: Finance and Accounting
Post Title: Electrical Engineer – 2 Positions
Electrical and instrumentation are the areas of focus for the internship.
Post Title: Environment – 1 Position
Internship topics include the job environment and safety.
Post Title: Administration – 1 Position
The Area of Internship: Administration and office operations.
As part of BESIX Ballast Nedam Limited’s Capacity Building Program, successful candidates can expect a comprehensive hands-on experience tailored to their respective fields. Internships will last at least six months and provide essential knowledge, skills, experiences, and exposure needed for professional success.
