The BioBuu is a recycling company that aims to reduce waste and promote sustainability. We help to clean up the environment by offering efficient and effective recycling services to businesses and individuals. As part of our commitment to the community and the environment, we are looking for a driven and organized Project Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview: The Project Administrator will support our administrative team by assisting with various office chores. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to obtain practical experience in office administration within the recycling business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about environmental sustainability.

 

 

 

The key responsibilities:

  • To assist with day-to-day office activities such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Help the staff keep accurate records of recycling statistics and client information.
  • To answer and route phone calls, emails, and other queries to the proper department or team member.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other administrative items.
  • Plan meetings, appointments, and travel for the administrative team.
  • To assist in the organization of company events, such as staff meetings and community outreach activities.
  • To perform general office duties, such as obtaining supplies, maintaining office equipment, and keeping the office orderly.
  • Offer assistance in the processing of invoices, expenditure reports, and other financial records.
  • To collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure that corporate operations run smoothly.
  • To contribute to ongoing administrative projects and initiatives to increase office efficiency.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Has earned (completed) a Bachelor’s degree in any area. Preferably environmental.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer abilities and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • The excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • The interest in environmental sustainability and recycling is beneficial.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing various tasks well.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn.
