The Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Agricultural International Sales Executive to help us grow our global client base. This person is responsible for developing new business possibilities with foreign clients by cold calling, emailing, and engaging on LinkedIn. The ideal applicant would thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, be culturally sensitive, understand agricultural products, and have a track record of closing sales in cross-border markets.
The Key Responsibilities and Duties:
A. Lead generation and prospecting.
- To identify and target potential clients in overseas countries by utilizing resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Company Database, and market research.
- Create and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects across certain geographies, such as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
B. Outreach and Relationship Building.
- To make contact with decision-makers via cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce corporate opportunities.
- To cultivate long-term connections by effectively understanding client needs, responding to concerns, and positioning solutions.
C. Sales Cycle Management.
- To guide prospects through the whole sales process, from first contact to negotiation and closure.
- To prepare and present proposals, prices, and contracts in accordance with customer specifications.
D. Market Intelligence:
- To stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory needs in target countries.
- To provide input to internal departments to help them improve their products and services for international markets.
E. Collaboration.
- To collaborate with the logistics, legal, and operations teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment, compliance with export restrictions, and timely delivery.
F. Reporting
- Use CRM systems to track sales efforts, pipeline progress, and results.
- To deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports, which include call metrics, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
The Job Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, marketing, or a similar discipline.
Experience:
- The 3+ years of expertise in agriculture international sales, preferably in the export/import or B2B sectors.
- A proven success in acquiring international clients through cold outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn).
- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- The knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and cross-border logistics is beneficial.
- A fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- The resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and meeting quotas.
- Cultural understanding and adaptation are required to engage a broad client base.
- A self-motivated, with great organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, video conferencing technologies, and CRM platforms.
