Job Description
In charge of the physical and cloud-based business/branch systems and Core Banking applications, as well as their deployment, support, and service delivery.
Job Summary:
- Make sure that the branch, payments, and core banking systems are all available.
- Serve as the single point of contact for vendors and all organizational levels.
- Make sure issues are fixed and that the business objectives for the different applications are fulfilled.
- Oversee the complete solution and service delivery process for projects and enhancements.
accountable for overseeing the implementation and observance of systems, processes, and procedures related to incident, problem, and change management in the context of service management. - Oversee the rollout and implementation of the solutions for the Core Banking improvements.
- Make sure that the Core Banking applications are managing licenses.
- Adopt industry best practices for both service and solution delivery.
- Determine the problems related to cost, risk, interdependencies, influence on ongoing business operations, and the intended strategic gains.
- Make that SLAs are met by keeping an eye on targets, reporting on them, and taking appropriate corrective action when needed.
- To prove the Bank’s compliance with the Central Bank, make sure all projects, minor improvements, and commercial endeavors are in line with and compliant.
- Make sure that every application modification that is released into the core banking environments is properly tested.
Education
- Higher Diplomas in Computer, Life Sciences, Physics, and Mathematics are Required.
