Job Title: Assistant Electrical Engineer

Summary of the Job:
Do Installation, testing, operation, and maintenance. Troubleshooting of electrical equipment with optimal quality and safety
Be responsible for ensuring that the designated region runs well in order to maximize the availability of equipment.
To spare management of designated area to ensure smooth factory operation.
To provides enough maintenance support to minimize downtime. Implements a preventative maintenance regimen.
The key duties and responsibilities:
- The daily job allocation and technical guidance for subordinates.
- Be responsible for ensuring that safety procedures are followed within the workplace.
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of his or her work area.
- Performs maintenance and servicing on circuit breakers, transformers, MCC, PCC, MV and LV switch boards, battery charger, plant lighting/earthing system, HT/LT motors, VFD, and HT/LT.
- The cables and terminations, among other things, will be serviced according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
- To executes work orders on schedule, with quality and safety.
- Create (prepare) and maintains different reports and paperwork, including power reports, maintenance check lists, daily job reports, equipment maintenance histories, and so on.
- Provides training to subordinates.
- Make updates maintenance data in SAP.
- Material is issued from the store, and seniors are informed ahead of time about the need for spare parts.
- Create (prepares) PR, notices, work orders, and other SAP documents.
- Carry out (Perform) any additional related duties as assigned by the Senior or Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Low, Medium, and High Voltage systems, including MCC/PCC/MV & LV switch boards, HT/LT motors, transformers, substation indoor/outdoor equipment, generators, cables, and termination, plant lighting/earthing system, electrical measuring and testing equipment, electrical and electronic diagrams, computer basics, and battery chargers.
- Knowledge (understanding) engineering drawings and principles.
- An extensive grasp of Plant and equipment technology.
- The knowledge about Electrical safety.
- The communication skills.
- The Good troubleshooting skills.
