The Imperial Road Haulage Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team.
Location: Tanzania.
Conditions/ Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in human resources.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a comparable profession.
- Excellent organization and communication abilities.
- The knowledge of human resource policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
The key responsibilities:
- To assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records and verify compliance with labor regulations.
- To support performance management and training initiatives.
- To oversee staff policies and well-being.
