Job Title: Assistant Office Administrator – INTERN
Job location: Dar es Salaam

Assisting office administrators will frequently require interns to oversee senior staff members’ and upper management’s daily office operations. Thus, problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Tasks:
- Organize office operations and activities to ensure productivity and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Divide duties and keep an eye on administrative personnel to guarantee performance.
- Organize appointments, travel plans, agendas, etc.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
- Encourage bookkeeping and budgeting practices.
- Create and maintain databases and records containing financial, human, and other information.
- Keep tabs on office supply inventories and place orders as needed.
- Prepare presentations and proposals as needed, and turn in reports on time.
- Help coworkers when they need it.
- Assistance with the administration of personnel contracts and records.
- Help with the administration and execution of payroll.
- Organize and assist with HR-related tasks such payroll administration, audits, hiring, and onboarding.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Organize and assist employees with relocations, temporary housing, beginning and ending processes, travel insurance, per diems, visas, work permits, workstations, office supplies, health, and safety.
Job Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- At ease managing private data.
- Time-management and multitasking abilities, as well as the capacity to set priorities.
