To manage our activities in Dar es Salaam, we are looking for a Branch Manager with experience and a strong sense of motivation. The Primary Responsibilities:

Management of Performance:

  • Establish and meet performance and sales targets to promote growth and profitability.

Leadership:

  • Oversee and oversee all branch operations to guarantee excellent customer service and operational effectiveness.

 

Team Building (Development):

  • Hire, develop, and inspire branch employees to meet their own goals and provide great customer service.

 

Relations with Customers:

  • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with clients by attending to their financial demands and worries.

 

 

The Compliances:

  • Make ensuring that all branch operations adhere to DigiPesa’s internal standards and banking requirements.

 

The Financial Supervision (Oversight):

  • Effectively manage budgets, compile financial reports, and keep an eye on branch performance.

 

Conditions/ Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similar discipline.
  • Three years minimum of experience in a related capacity in the financial business, such as branch manager.
  • A track record of exceeding sales goals and improving branch operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services and products as well as regulatory compliance.
