The Platinum Credit Limited is a credit-only microfinance company licensed in Tanzania under the Company’s Act.
The Basic Job Functions:
- Recruit, train, and coach the sales team.
- To ensure that the team achieves its sales targets.
- To ensure that the portfolio is performing to Company standards.
- Reports should be submitted on time.
The Job Qualifications & Experience:
- A diploma in Business Administration or a business-related area.
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficient in computer applications.

- Capable of coaching, leading, and managing teams.
- A good customer service skills.
- to possess analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Good problem-solving and analyzing skills.
