We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as:

 

 

The Job Purpose:

Plan, organize, oversee, and supervise the Sales Executives team to meet and exceed advertising sales and collection targets. This position entails defining goals, providing great service, and ensuring outstanding customer relations.

 

 

The main Responsibilities:

All the successful candidate will be accountable for the following key outcomes:

  • The Leadership and Development: Provides results-oriented leadership, identifies new ideas for Direct Sales development, discusses them with the Advertising Manager, and arranges their implementation via Sales Executives.
  • The Revenue and Customer Satisfaction: Ensures that the unit accomplishes revenue and customer satisfaction objectives for areas of responsibility by utilizing the value-selling process in collaboration with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Client Interaction and Complaint settlement: Maintains close contact with key brand representatives to ensure follow-up, amicable complaint settlement, and updates the Advertising Manager.
  • The Target Setting and Achievement: Establishes and monitors individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Review and Support: Reviews customer lists, meets with sales executives to review daily plans, provides assistance, and, if needed, accompany them on sales trips.
  • Sales Meetings and Employee Relations: Holds frequent sales meetings to discuss progress, foster positive employee relationships, and maintain morale and discipline.
  • Reporting: Sends monthly sales and collection reports to the advertising manager.

 

 

The minimum Qualifications and Experience:

 

Academic:

  • The Academic qualifications include a basic university degree in sales, marketing, business studies, or a similar discipline.

 

 

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years in sales/marketing and two years in management.

 

 

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
