Job Title: Business Performance and Analytics Manager

The Education: BSc in Actuarial Sciences, BSc in Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.

 

The key areas:

  • Develop Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience (CE) strategies.
  • Improve income and customer happiness.
  • Create retention, winback, and loyalty programs.
  • The CVM Reports.
  • The Stakeholder engagement.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Create analytics programs that profile customer behavior.
  • Develop churn prediction models.
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction trends.
  • Create revenue-generating, retention, and loyalty schemes.
  • Make product proposals and outline complete business requirements for income generating.
  • Create/ prepare daily reports on campaign performance.
  • To identify and create novel, efficient, and customer-focused base activities and lifecycle programs to boost revenue.

 

The Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in telecoms or pay TV CVM (customer value management) is preferred.
  • The commercial experience (payTV or mobile telecom experience is preferred but not essential).
  • A proven math skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to evaluate commercial and financial data.
  • A track record of creating a strategic direction for CVM activities and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
  • A competent and confident in creating relationships, as well as the capacity to influence top management.
