To join our Bolt Business team in Tanzania, we are seeking a driven Business Sales Specialist. You will lead our sales expansion, network with other companies, interact with clients, make presentations, bargain, and seal transactions with small and medium-sized enterprises.

Concerning the Role:

You will have a thorough understanding of SME/SMB clients’ business needs as a Business Sales Specialist. You’ll build trusting relationships and present our B2B product’s features and advantages with assurance.

Principal duties and obligations:

  • Taking care of the sales funnel include handling leads, cold calling, prospecting, scheduling meetings, completing transactions, and monitoring every interaction with the customer.
  • Relation Management (CRM) instruments to produce an extensive historical record.
  • Advertising and selling Bolt Business solutions to small businesses while establishing and strengthening client relationships using tried-and-true outreach techniques and best practices.
  • Reaching expansion and surpassing sales goals (taking advantage of an unlimited commission plan) by boosting revenue, evaluating and refining operations, and upholding stellar partnerships.
  • Keeping up with market trends and potential avenues for product development in order to promote Bolt Business’s offering.
  • Closing large agreements in close collaboration with the local business team and making a strategic sales plan contribution that broadens the company’s clientele.

 

Regarding you:

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced B2B sales for at least a year.
  • You are excellent in interacting with clients, making presentations, settling disputes, and closing deals in a variety of settings, such as written correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • You have a history of effectively creating and managing sales leads, onboarding new customers, and managing accounts for small to medium-sized enterprises. You are also interested in shared mobility.
  • You speak Tanzanian Swahili and English with ease, and you have strong interpersonal, teamwork, negotiating, and networking abilities.
  • You exhibit an analytical approach, a sophisticated grasp of how to use tools to manage data, and, ideally, direct experience interacting with a customer relationship management system (preferred Salesforce).
  • Your practical work reveals a strong sense of ownership and a high degree of initiative toward obstacles.
