The Key Responsibilities:
- Increase in business volume, customer base, and wallet share.
- Personal competence is adequate for effectively performing Relationship Management tasks.
- Be consistency in adherence to and application of established policies, processes, and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment.
- Reduce exposure to and impact of risks associated with KYC, AML, and portfolio maintenance.

THE REQUIRED COMPETENCE:
- The interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain relevant business networks, as well as to successfully interact with and manage internal and external customer expectations and other stakeholders who have an impact on performance.
- Technical ability to accomplish Relationship Management activities/tasks in a way that regularly meets high quality criteria or benchmarks.
- Sales ability to prospect and close business.
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and other related items.
- To continuously meet needed compliance requirements or benchmarks, all essential banking rules, processes, procedures, and guidelines must be understood and used effectively.
- The self-empowerment enables the development of open communication, teamwork, and trust, which are required to support performance and a customer-service-oriented culture.
The Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- The University degree, especially in business management, such as accounting, finance, or marketing.
- An associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (or similar), with an MBA as an extra benefit.
- Three years of experience in related roles.
