The Position Overview:
We are looking for a bright Creative Designer Intern to join our innovative team in Dar es Salaam. This hands-on work provides outstanding exposure to a wide range of creative projects throughout our multi-industry portfolio, gaining vital expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Create captivating visuals and visual materials for multichannel marketing.
  • Brand Development: Create unified branding materials that are consistent with client objectives and corporate standards.
  • Web Design Support: Help with user-centered web design projects and digital experiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration entails working with marketing, media, and account teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and offer new views on campaign development.

The Required Qualifications:

The Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise in creative design and branding principles.
  • Strong experience in graphic design applications and tools.
  • Strong background in web design and digital platforms.
  • The excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively in team settings.

 

The Education and Experience:

  • A currently enrolled or recently completed a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a similar profession.
  • The portfolio exhibiting various design work and creative problem-solving skills.

The preferred qualifications:

  • The experience running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with social media content generation.
  • Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
