The Booking Facilities:

  • To check and confirm that all pre-disbursement approval conditions have been met.
  • Make sure that facilities are correctly booked in the system in compliance with the penalty terms and within the agreed-upon TAT.
  • To check and validate that all requests for adjustments to facility terms in the system are approved by the appropriate authority before they are implemented.
  • Perform any necessary credit-related system maintenance.
  • Make sure that all credit-related income owed to the bank is collected and that no income leakage occurs.

 

 

The collection of income

  • The management of the collateral valuation process, including the bank’s valuer panel and the maintenance of an up-to-date valuation instruction journal.
  • Manage queries from business teams regarding system entries for loans and advances.
  • The management of X-staff loans by ensuring that outstanding loan facilities for departing employees are cleared up by their individual employers within one month; if not paid, the loan will be shifted to the x-staff category, and the interest rate will be altered to commercial terms.
  • Ensure that all system issues are promptly logged to ITSM and follow up with ICT for resolution.
  • To guide branches and other business teams through T24 operations for information retrieval, such as loan payback schedules and loan statements.
  • To provide monthly construction diary updates for all mortgage and corporate facilities, as well as keep the construction diary up to date for staff construction loans.
  • Maintain and update a record of security deferrals and deliver it to Business Teams for monthly follow-up.
  • To manage the departments, keep records, and present them to the group HOC on a monthly basis.

 

The academic:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business related topics.

 

The Experience:

  • The total Minimum Number of Years Experience required: three years.
  • The experience Area 2: Credit Operations (Credit Risk).
  • The experience Area 1 (Management).
