We are looking for a committed hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this capacity, you will improve client experiences, monitor services, and assist with staff training.
The key responsibilities:
- To oversee guest services to ensure high client satisfaction.
- To handle guest inquiries, feedback, and problem solutions effectively.
- To assist in teaching and coaching front-line employees.
- To maintain high hospitality standards that align with Hotel Verde’s basic beliefs.
The Requirements:
- The experience with hotel guest relations or customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to function in a fast-paced environment while managing visitor expectations.
