The Hotel Verde, Zanzibar A dynamic, exciting experience. It is unique in that it is the island’s greenest hotel. Located immediately outside old Stone Town.

We are looking for a committed hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this capacity, you will improve client experiences, monitor services, and assist with staff training.

 

The key responsibilities:

  • To oversee guest services to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • To handle guest inquiries, feedback, and problem solutions effectively.
  • To assist in teaching and coaching front-line employees.
  • To maintain high hospitality standards that align with Hotel Verde’s basic beliefs.

 

The Requirements:

  • The experience with hotel guest relations or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced environment while managing visitor expectations.
