The Mkombozi Commercial Bank PLC (MKCB) began as an initiative of the Tanzania Episcopal Conference in 2009 to establish a commercial bank with the primary goal of serving and supporting rising Tanzanian enterprises in the provision of financial services.

MKCB’s target markets include small and medium-sized businesses, SACCOS, organizations like schools, universities, hospitals, and corporations. MKCB meets the needs of rising businesses, middle-market and large organizations, institutional investors, financial institutions, and government agencies.

 

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a comparable subject.

 

 

The technical skills and competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A customer-focused, with the ability to handle several inquiries and address issues quickly.
  • A detail-oriented, with excellent organizing skills.
  • A proficient in using banking applications and technology platforms.
  • The ability to educate and advise consumers about banking goods and services.
  • The problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 

The Job Overview:

Professionally manage inbound calls to the Contact Centre and the helpline. The position holder will also manage customer requests and inquiries through all of the bank’s channels. Escalation and follow-up as needed to guarantee consistent excellent customer service and adherence to defined service standards.
