Job Title: Digital Ads Sales Manager
Job location: Dar es Salaam

The Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of digital ad sales; meet and try to surpass revenue targets.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, and major partners to promote sales growth, and experiment with new channel business models to gain a competitive advantage.
- Make follow up and identify major digital advertising industry trends, then make appropriate adjustments to digital advertising development strategy.
- Gather (collect) market data according to HQ’s instructions.
- Find sponsors and ads for Boomplay music offline events.
- Make follow-up on fresh business potential in the music sector.
- To identifying sales leads and pitching our services to existing and potential clients.
- To planning, preparing, and giving presentations to clients.
- To maintain positive working relationships with both old and new clients.
- To communicating our product improvements to prospective customers.
- To set organizational goals and implementing strategies for company and revenue growth.
- Conduct research, planning, and executing new target market efforts.
- To attend conferences, seminars, and industry events as appropriate.
- To set goals for the business development team and creating methods to achieve them.
- To pursue leads and advancing them through the sales funnel.
- To understand our clients’ needs and being able to respond appropriately with a plan to address their needs.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales estimates and analyses.
- To monitor and analyze performance metrics, and provide suggestions for improvements.
- To encouraging new and existing clients by developing and upgrading proposals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- To analyze consumer feedback data to discover if they are satisfied with the company’s products and services.
- Offering insights on product development and competitive positioning.
- To analyze financial data and devising effective solutions to save corporate costs and boost earnings.
- To meet with prospective investors to present company offerings and negotiate business terms.
- To improve business functionality to better line with fundamental company objectives.
