The Job Summary:

To assist sales of Retail Banking Liabilities products at branches in meeting agreed-upon sales targets in accordance with business objectives through proactive selling while also offering great customer service.

 

 

The Job Description:

  • Deliver great sales performance by understanding and addressing customer needs through the sale of Liabilities (deposits).
  • To provide direct “hands-on” sales assistance (quality lead creation and good follow-up) to produce and convert quality leads into sales.
  • To participate in sales activations and campaigns to achieve particular objectives.
  • Make sure that all onboarded clients are active and digitally linked.
  • To complete the account opening procedure with customers in accordance with NBC Bank policies and standards before submitting to operations for processing.
  • To comply with the general NBC Operational Risk and Rigour requirements.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.

 

The minimum qualifications:

  • Education: At least a basic (an ordinary) level.
  • A minimum age: At least 18 years.
  • The knowledge of banking goods.
  • Must be sales-driven and have strong communication abilities.
  • A team player who accepts individual responsibility for results.
  • A highly organized, self-motivated worker with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, as well as the ability to assess and prioritize information rapidly.
