The E360 is a training and consultancy company that offers integrated educational and engineering solutions that protect the environment while reducing hazards to businesses, individuals, and the community. E360 is looking for suitable candidates to fill 40 District Trainer positions to oversee a project that will run through Tanzania’s eight regions, including Tanga, Dodoma, Manyara, Singida, Tabora, Shinyanga, Geita, and Kagera. Trainers will operate in the following districts: Muleba, Biharamulo, Bukoba, Misenyi, Geita, Chato, Bukombe, Mbogwe, Igunga, Nzega, Iramba, Mkalama, Singida, Kondoa, Chemba, Kahama, Hanang, Kiteto, Handeni, Kilindi, Muheza, Korogwe, and Tanga City.

 

The Job Description:

  • The position often supports a large/complex project by training affected households in business ideation, incubation, and enterprise development services.
  • There will be a great deal of interaction with the local population, thus highly disciplined individuals are required.

 

 

The Specific responsibilities include:

  • PAHs receive training in business ideation, incubation, and enterprise development services.
  • The coaching of trained PAHs employing several approaches, including one-on-one, group coaching, and encouraging peer-to-peer coaching.
  • Help the respective PAHs establish and formulate VSLAs.
  • To work with District Administrators to ensure that trainings are properly coordinated.
  • To conduct a needs assessment survey.
  • To prepare a training report.
  • To keep the trainees’ attendance records.
  • To ensure that all training sites are properly equipped.
  • To review the Trainee list with District Administrators.
  • To liaise with the head office about all district training difficulties.
  • Make sure that all trainings adhere to the developed safety procedures and protocols.
  • Carry out/ perform any other duties as assigned by the head office.

 

The Minimum requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or a comparable discipline, plus 3-5 years of administration/management experience, as well as knowledge and expertise in administrative policies, procedures, and practices. Alternatively, Advanced Diploma/Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • The knowledge and expertise in administrative policies, processes, and practices.
  • A proven ability to thoroughly monitor and manage work processes.
  • The ability to provide high-quality support services to the office and team.
  • An excellent organizing and problem-solving skills.
  • The training abilities (skills).
  • The strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization’s workers in order to resolve problem situations diplomatically.
  • To demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills in support of an operation.
  • To dedicate to the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and do large amounts of work with little supervision.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, as well as Kiswahili.
  • The ability to operate cooperatively, productively, and compassionately in a multidisciplinary, multicultural, and multigender setting.
  • The well-developed computing abilities.
