Who are you?
- A highly motivated educator who can support a comprehensive learning curriculum, likes working with kids, and pays close attention to detail.
- You have the ability to create, oversee, and assess lesson plans, work schedules, lesson notes, and tests.
- You may encourage and guide students to engage because you recognize the value of extracurricular activities, or ECAs.
- A competent and diligent individual who relishes taking on extra responsibilities, like being on duty, directing assemblies, supervising projects, and serving on several school committees.
- You push pupils to aim high and succeed by pursuing intellectual and moral greatness.
What we are trying to find:
- An individual with a bachelor’s degree from Tanzania. You have to have a stellar academic record and graduated from an East African accredited university. To demonstrate your ability to teach A-level, you will take a one-hour exam in your strongest subject.
- Three (3) years of advanced level teaching experience is required, with exceptional achievement from high-achieving schools.
- Strong ability to use contemporary teaching techniques and tactics that promote a competency-based approach to learning and testing to present NECTA program content.
- Outstanding ability to communicate both orally and in writing using English as a teaching language. Your proficiency in English will be evaluated.
- A mature, self-sufficient, and well-rounded person with a broad understanding of education who upholds teaching ethics and has a novel teaching style.
- A teacher who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and inspiring to our kids.
- Someone who can adjust to the many policies and procedures of our school, including working on the weekends when necessary.
- Possessing a postgraduate degree in education will be seen as an extra benefit.
