Job Description:

  • PLC system troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as other associated instrumentation equipment such as pressure switches, temperature sensors, limit switches, proximity sensors, flow switches, and flow monitors, etc.
  • Drive system parameterization and upkeep for frequency.
  • Comprehending the electrical schematic is essential for diagnosing issues in all electrical control system domains.
  • To examine and verify the accurate installation of electrical equipment, test the insulation, earthling system, continuity, and polarity, and repair any anomalies that are discovered.
  • Use the plant’s capacity to take the lead and make sure the shift’s operations are maintained the entire time.
  • To guarantee efficient production and promptly address any malfunction.
    scheduled equipment inspections using checklists and reported any problems found on the equipment.
  • Creating a monthly technical report covering all planned and unplanned maintenance as well as equipment breakdown obligations.
  • RCA reports are prepared for equipment failures lasting more than an hour in order to identify the underlying source of the issue.
  • Before starting any work, perform a daily toolbox meeting to ensure safety compliance with the company’s regulations.
  • Preparing/writing down every task completed throughout a shift on an Excel sheet and promptly forwarding it.
  • Ensuring planned maintenance tasks, planned downtime, and spare component maintenance management procedures to boost plant reliability.
  • Determining and controlling the amount of essential spares in stock, as well as collaborating closely with the supply chain division to guarantee components longevity and availability.

Job Requirement:

  • Electrical engineering or a similar field as a bachelor’s degree.
  • Three (3) years of minimum job experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering positions in a production setting.
  • Registered as a graduate engineer with ERB.
  • Solid understanding of the standards, procedures, and concepts of electrical engineering.
  • Competence with CAD software, PLC programming, and electrical design software.
  • Familiarity with motor drives, control systems, and industrial automation systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and with the capacity to identify and fix intricate electrical problems.
  • Strong communication abilities, including the capacity to work across functional boundaries and explain complex concepts to stakeholders who lack technical expertise.
  • Meticulous and possessing good organizing and analytical skills.
  • Dedication to quality, safety, and ongoing development.
