The City Engineering (CECL) is a consultancy organization for professional engineers and scientists headquartered in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. We are a well-established organization with extensive experience that has been in operation since 2013. CECL is 100% employee-owned. The company was based on three pillars: environmental, structural, and geotechnical engineering. To meet the increasing demands and challenges that our clients face, we have expanded our service offerings to include waste rock and tailings disposal. Furthermore, we responded to environmental concerns by establishing our Environmental Engineering, Sciences, and Management capabilities. In addition, we collaborate with a variety of local and international partners to guarantee that our clients fulfill both international and local standards.
