The intense efforts are being made to instruct our retailer network and farmers in the proper use of fertilizers, in the correct amount, and at the correct time.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

The Finance Intern position has a fixed-term employment contract and reports to the Business Controller in the Finance Department. Its primary responsibilities are:

  • A monthly analysis (study) of stock aging and reconciliation.
  • To manage Rwandan and Tanzanian trade debts and provide debtor aging reports.
  • To prepare and share the daily sales report.
  • To support customer service during the sales process.
  • Make supervision of subsidy sales includes ensuring that all clients’ subsidy sales accounts are in sync with the government billing system.
  • To work with the Finance Controller to produce accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • To participate in the monthly stock reconciliation and implement inventory controls.

 

 

A Profile:

  • A university degree in accounting or finance.
  • A competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be fluent in both English and Swahili.

  • Quick and willing to learn.
  • Pay close attention to details.
