Job Title: Finance Manager
Tabono Consult Limited
Tabono, on behalf of our respected customer, seeks a Finance Manager to handle the company’s financial and administrative activities. This position is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, procurement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The position necessitates strong leadership abilities, a great eye for detail, and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
The key responsibilities:
- Managing everyday financial business activities.
- To oversee and implement the business’s strategic functions to drive growth.
- Create and apply internal controls to drive sustainable cost control.
- To train lower-level managers and employees in finance and administration, including human resources.
- Developing and administering the budget function.
- To prepare management and finance reports that include performance and productivity analysis to help with decision making and business performance improvement.
- Create, install, and maintain a robust accounting system.
- Creating reports and providing presentations to shareholders to aid decision-making.
- Responsible for overseeing purchasing management, inventory, and management.
- Responsible for auditing and TRA compliance, including end-of-year statements.
- To manage the business’s administrative function.
Job Requirements:
- The ACCA Qualification with four years of post-qualification experience.
- A degree in business management is required; a master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
- 5 years of similar experience, including at least three years at the senior level in finance.
- A good understanding of many business functions.
- A similar background in finance from the oil and gas business, industrial industry, or sales and marketing organization would be advantageous.
- A strong leadership characteristics.
- The excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A strong work ethic.
- A good interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity and meticulous attention to detail.
