Job Summary:
Our Graduate Trainee Program is a two-year project that aims to provide new graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to become future leaders in our organization.
The Programme Objective:
The major purpose of this program is to discover and develop high-potential graduates by giving them hands-on experience in a variety of departments, allowing them to gain a thorough understanding of our business processes and culture. This is accomplished by sending trainees through an intense cross-functional training program prior to their first role, where they will receive insight into all aspects of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Graduate Trainees will get on-the-job rotations across all functions over a 24-month period to equip them to take on greater responsibility at the Bank.
The Education and Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate student in 2023-2025 from a good authorized higher learning institution.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data, or a related discipline is required (recommended).
- Female graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Demonstrating interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exhibits outstanding presenting and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills.
- A competency in using fundamental Microsoft Suites is demonstrated.
