JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Usually limited to ten.
- At all times, give consumers excellent customer service in a cordial and polite manner.
- Possess enough understanding of the services and products offered by banks.
- In line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, respond to any questions from customers.
- As you carry out your obligations, make sure that all bank policies and procedures, the code of conduct, and regulatory requirements are adhered to in full.
PERSONAL DUTY: DETAIL UP TO FIVE OF THE MOST COMMON.
- Provide clients with financial advice.
- Make sure that the right records are being taken.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities that may be allocated from time to time by the supervisor.
THE ACADEMICS AND PROFESSIONALS:
Education: O’level and A’level.
Degree of Bachelor’s: Business Related.
A professional qualification: Business related.
Degree of Master’s: Business related will be an advantage.
The specific field or qualification: Atleast ‘C’ in Mathematics and English.
