Supporting and assisting the HR department with various human resource duties. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of HR principles, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
The Budget (Operating/Capital): *CAPEX and OPEX.
The Key Accountabilities: (Main accountability statements in the form of verb/noun/results area, not a list of duties).
The recruitment and onboarding:
- To assist in recruitment by posting job positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- To coordinate new employee onboarding processes, such as preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring that all required documentation is completed.
HR Administration:
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, including physical and electronic, while protecting data confidentially.
- Helping with payroll and benefits administration.
- To assist with handling employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- To prepare HR reports and papers as requested.
The Benefits and Compensation:
- Help to manage employee benefits programs like as health insurance, retirement pensions, and other incentives.
Learning and Development:
- Assisted in the coordination of training and development activities.
Employee Relations:
- Help to manage and resolve employee complaints, concerns, and problems.
The Performance Management:
- To assist with BSC preparation and timely completion of performance reviews.
Compliance:
- To assist in assuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Help with HR audits and investigations as needed.
Young Talent Management:
- To assist with communications amongst linked universities.
- To assist in organizing university activities and events.
Any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
The HSE Responsibilities:
The Elsewedy Electric demands all workers and contractors to actively commit to and be accountable for QHSE. Line management plays a leading role in communicating, implementing, and enforcing compliance with QHSE policies and standards.

The Job Requirements:
- Years of experience: A minimum of two years, preferably four years.
- Requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar academic qualification.
- Professional certifications include HRCI, SHRM, and CIPD.
- Proficiency in English and Swahili.
- Computer skills include Microsoft Office.
