The Job Description:

  • You will be in charge of the Human Resources department’s everyday operations, such as talent acquisition, performance management, leave administration, and enforcing business policies and procedures (company culture advocate).
  • Carry out recruitment processes such as sourcing applications, interviewing, and supporting the employment of qualified applicants for open positions.
  • Collaborate with recruiting managers to identify the skills and abilities required for the open roles.
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications on new personnel.
  • Integrate a new recruit induction program and staff onboarding into the company culture (values awareness).
  • Perform routine activities associated with the administration and implementation of HR programs, such as leave management, performance management, disciplinary problems, dispute resolution, talent management, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, training and development, etc.
  • To review, track, and file various HR-related documents and correspondences into appropriate folders.
  • To handle employment-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and supervisors, referring difficult and/or sensitive issues to the relevant staff.
  • To maintain compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Create/ prepare and update various HR-related reports.
  • Carry out/ perform any other tasks that may be assigned.

 

The Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, public administration, psychology, or another relevant area from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in the Human Resources role.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Effective bargaining skills.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • I am passionate about serving people.
  • A flexible, open-minded, and eager to learn.
