Job Title: Human Resources (HR) and Administration Officer

The Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited is committed to producing and providing high-quality tobacco products. As part of our expanding operations, we are searching for skilled and motivated individuals to work in administration, human resources, and cash handling.

 

The key responsibilities:

  • To oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs.
  • To maintain and update personnel records while adhering to labor rules.
  • To address employee issues and create a healthy work atmosphere.
  • Support/ assist in the implementation of HR rules, performance management, and payroll.
  • To manage daily office operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Keep and organize firm records, documents, and communications.
  • Help to coordinate meetings, timetables, and events.
  • Make sure compliance with company rules and regulatory standards.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, management, or a similar discipline.
  • At least one to two years of experience in human resources and administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
