Job Title: Human Resources (HR) and Administration Officer
Job location: Mkuranga B, Opposite TRA Mkuranga, Pwani

The Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited is committed to producing and providing high-quality tobacco products. As part of our expanding operations, we are searching for skilled and motivated individuals to work in administration, human resources, and cash handling.
The key responsibilities:
- To oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs.
- To maintain and update personnel records while adhering to labor rules.
- To address employee issues and create a healthy work atmosphere.
- Support/ assist in the implementation of HR rules, performance management, and payroll.
- To manage daily office operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Keep and organize firm records, documents, and communications.
- Help to coordinate meetings, timetables, and events.
- Make sure compliance with company rules and regulatory standards.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, management, or a similar discipline.
- At least one to two years of experience in human resources and administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Understanding of labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
