Job Responsibilities:
- To process and administer employee payroll accurately and on schedule, while adhering to corporate policies.
- To maintain and update personnel information in HRIS and payroll systems to reflect changes in job status, salary, and benefits.
- Conduct frequent audits to guarantee the correctness and integrity of HR and payroll data.
- Help with month-end and year-end payroll procedures.
- To prepare and present payroll and HR reports to management, such as headcount, leave balances, and salary summaries.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes in systems, such as new hiring, terminations, and promotions.
- Answer employee inquiries concerning payroll, deductions, benefits, and leave balances.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to guarantee accurate payroll processing.
- Help with HRIS and payroll system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- To maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data while assuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Make review and validate attendance and timekeeping records to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Keep and update standard payroll and HRIS procedures.
- To assist auditors by supplying correct payroll and HRIS data and documentation.
- Keep up to current on payroll regulations and HR compliance needs, and assist in implementing any necessary adjustments.
Job Qualification Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar subject.
The Experience Requirements:
- The 2+ years of experience with HRIS administration.
THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- A strong understanding of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and human resource compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- A proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
- The knowledge of web application development with the ASP.NET framework, C#, or other programming languages.
- Expertise in Database Management Systems (DBMS), specifically SQL Server.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.
