Job Title: Human Resources Officer II

A major multidisciplinary multinational contractor founded and registered in Tanzania in 2003.

 

THE MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: human resources management, human resources planning, and management.
  • Over two years of experience in the same capacity.

 

THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist with staff matters such as recruiting and selection, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Support in the preparation of orientation and induction programs.
  • To collect, evaluate, and maintain employment records.
  • Help with the development of performance reports, as well as the compilation and updating of employees’ personal information.
  • To assist in preparing a training needs assessment.
  • Support with the interpretation of the service scheme, staff regulations, and various employee-related acts.
  • To assist in tracking daily employee attendance and recommending remedies to chronic attendance issues.
  • Create the staff leave roster.
  • Carry out/ perform any other duties as given by the supervisor.

  • The applicant’s dependable contact information, including their email address and phone number.
  • All the documents must be merged into a single Portable Document Format (PDF) of no more than 5Mb.
