The submission guidelines:

The application submission:

  • Video Introduction: Candidates should submit a 1-2 minute video introducing themselves and stating why they are qualified for the Insurance Officer position.
  • They should include their sales experience, skills, and practical knowledge of industry processes.
  • Written statement: Along with the video, candidates must provide a written statement of inspiration that addresses three specific points:

a.  Why they are so passionate about the insurance industry.

b.  A distinct selling proposition that demonstrates their sales ability.
c.  As an insurance broker, they provide a quick overview of compliance methods that they believe are vital in the insurance industry.

 

The Document Submission:

  • The resumes should be submitted in PDF format, including links to necessary certifications (if applicable).
  • Portfolio or collection of sales accomplishments, including metrics or statistics, presented in tabular format.

 

The Format & Deadline:

All the applications must be assembled into a single PDF file named “FirstName_LastName_Application” and emailed to ash.ruff@live.com with the subject line “Insurance Officer Application – [Candidate’s Name].”

The deadline for entry is February 28th, 2025.

 

The additional Task:

To highlight the significance of details in the insurance industry by giving three examples of how attention to detail can affect insurance claims processing or customer service.

To incorporate these examples within the video or written letter.
