Vodacom Internship Programme.
The Internship programme at Vodacom is a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers work experience. It enables individuals to obtain significant work experience, explore career paths, network with specialists in the field, and make a living. This program serves as a conduit for future permanent positions when they become available. The applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Start date is February 15, 2025.
The Vodacom Internship Programme aims to:
- Create ((develop) a talent pipeline of skilled professionals for Vodacom’s core business sectors.
- Develop possibilities for unemployed graduates with the necessary qualifications to gain experience in a digital technology corporate setting.
An ideal candidate for the programme should show great promise in the following areas:
- The interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer obsession.
- Digital savvy.
- Innovation.
- Problem solving.
- Flexibility and Resilience.
Programme Requirements:
- Must be Tanzanian.
- Fresh graduate or graduate with fewer than two years of job experience.
- Must be 26 years or younger.
- Must have at least an upper-second-class degree or equivalent.
- Degrees in computer science/information technology, statistics/actuarial science, telecommunications/electrical/electronic engineering, economics, accounting, finance, and sales/marketing are preferred.
