The Purpose:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the business community. You will be in charge of doing an initial assessment of the technology requirements for each business function. You will collaborate with business power users to ensure that IT change requests supporting Market/Factory’s development and transformation objectives are consistent with strategic priorities and JTI’s IT change management procedures. You will give the support required to successfully complete the business needs analysis, solution evaluation, and selection while adhering to JTI IT and Corporate governance standards.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

Business Relationship Management:

  • To develop solid relationships and collaborate closely with the business community, leveraging commercial knowledge to drive the assessment of specific technology requirements that will allow respective business functions to meet ASP targets.
  • To communicate findings to the IT Business Solutions Manager to verify they are in line with stated business priorities.

 

 

Business Transformation/Change Management

  • Proactively seeks possible business enhancements and assists designated business power users in formally submitting the necessary IT change requests to support these business transformation projects, assuring compliance with JTI’s IT change management procedure.

 

 

Business Analysis

  • Make sure that extensive functional and technical analyses of business transformation and change activities are completed through proactive business involvement.
  • Be responsible for completing appropriate documentation and adhering to JTI quality requirements.
  • Collect and transform business needs to technical requirements.

 

 

Solution Design, Delivery, and Project Management.

  • Offer coordination assistance throughout the solution evaluation and selection process.

 

 

Security, Business continuity, Compliance, and Governance

  • Stay current on business initiatives that require technology deployment by collaborating with the IT user community and ensuring that IT is involved from the start.

 

 

Supplier Management (Internal and External)

  • Build strong working connections with all internal IT service providers (e.g., BTS Teams).
  • To provide the essential assistance in selecting suitable third-party IT suppliers for solution delivery.

 

 

The Requirements:

  • A university degree in computer or technical science.
  • 2+ years of experience in the IT field.
  • Preferred background: job experience in global corporations.
  • Good understanding of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with at least two of the following emerging technological trends:
  • Mobile app development.
  • Cloud SaaS solutions.
  • The digital approach to market.
  • New generation business intelligence solutions (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, MS Power BI, Tibco, Spotfire).
  • Experience with business requirement analysis.
  • Effective communication abilities.
