What You’ll Do:
- To serve as the organization’s second point of contact for information technology support.
- To perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on hardware, software, and network systems.
- To provide technical support to end users and rapidly resolve IT-related issues.
- To collaborate with internal teams on IT projects and upgrades.
- To monitor and maintain IT security systems and procedures.
- To assist in developing and executing IT infrastructure enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- To foster positive working connections among team members and stakeholders.
- To meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines and quality requirements.
- To plan and implement strategies to attain project goals efficiently.
- To ensure excellent communication and collaboration throughout the project lifetime.
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of two to three years of experience in IT support or a related function is required.
- A proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Linux, network protocols and troubleshooting, report writing, hardware troubleshooting, and IT security principles and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and innovative thinker.
- To demonstrate the ability to operate both alone and as part of a team, while adhering to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Passionate about technology.
- Has strong networking, computer software, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
