In addition to ensuring effective use of IT resources, avoiding downtime, and maintaining all ICT equipment, hardware, and software utilized by Serena Hotels at designated sites, the IT Services Specialist, who reports to the Country IT Manager, offers first-line ICT support to employees and visitors.

Required requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a closely related field.
  • Two years or more of experience in a comparable role.
  • Working knowledge of networks, firewalls, computer hardware, software, and wifi equipment; aptitude for analysis, troubleshooting, and training.
