Our Lodge is conveniently located 45 minutes away from the Seronera Airstrip, which is reachable by connecting flights from three major airports in Tanzania. It is nestled amidst expansive plains in the heart of the Central Serengeti.

As the Revenue Analyst, Four Seasons Serengeti is now looking for a highly qualified and driven professional to join our team. This important role is in charge of managing all revenue analysis at our opulent safari resort. The Arusha Logistic Office serves as the position’s base.

By controlling room pricing and availability, liaising with sales and marketing, and putting revenue management ideas into practice, this function aims to maximize occupancy and income. It include managing property management systems, evaluating important reports, and creating pricing plans. Participating in meetings, preserving professionalism, and fostering excellent employee relationships are further requirements of the role. It’s crucial to follow Four Seasons guidelines and be prepared to handle crises.

  • The primary duties and expectations of a revenue management specialist working in the hospitality industry, particularly in a Four Seasons hotel. The position entails controlling room pricing and availability in accordance with predetermined parameters in order to maximize occupancy and income. This include monitoring group inventories, putting revenue management strategies into practice, and collaborating with the director of sales and marketing.
  • In order to facilitate decision-making, the person must run and oversee Delphi Marketing Management Systems and Property Management Systems (PMS). They must also generate and evaluate a variety of reports. These reports, which are used to suggest and put into practice ways to maximize revenue, include predictions, market segment research, booking patterns, and more.
  • To increase income, the position also calls for managing rate strategies, incentive programs, and front desk initiatives. Participating in several meetings and conferences, keeping professional and ethical standards, and fostering excellent connections with staff members are all crucial. In addition to abiding by the standards and work procedures of Four Seasons, the worker must be ready to respond to emergencies in accordance with the crisis management strategy.

 

 

Experience:

  • One to three years of experience working at a luxury property as a revenue manager or analyst.
