The Anazak Pre and Primary School is a privately owned English medium school that offers high-quality education to students ages two to twelve. The school is located in Kimara Temboni, Saranga Ward, Ubungo District, Dar es Salaam Region. It is a school with modern facilities to facilitate successful teaching and learning. Children’s growth and development are continuously evaluated throughout the learning process. The Anazak Pre & Primary School is seeking suitable teachers to cover the following vacancies:

 

 

Job Title: Civic and Moral – 2 Posts

Job Title: Kiswahili – 1 Post

Job Title: PE Teacher (Sports) – 1 Post

 

 

 

The Job Purpose:

  • To assist students grow and accomplish, as well as expand their knowledge and abilities.
  • Develop and adjust curriculum for student development planning lessons, instructional materials, and tests.
  • To teach and delivering lessons to promote active learning.
  • Grade assignments, exams, and other work to assess pupils’ progress.
  • To manage the classroom and students’ conduct.
  • Provide feedback, encourage involvement, and track students’ progress to help them grow and accomplish.
  • Communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • To maintaining and preparing reliable records about pupils and their activities.

 

 

The Knowledge and skills.

Communication Skills:

  • The communication skills are vital for a teacher because he or she must engage with students, other staff, parents, and school administrators.
  • A teacher must be able to clearly convey information to higher authorities for decision-making and other executional activities, as well as use communication skills to make reports and communicate with other employees.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent capacity to encourage and inspire.
  • Good initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to be calm and empathetic.
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.

Remuneration (Salary): The remuneration is flexible, depending on credentials and experience.

 

 

The Qualifications:

The Education, Knowledge, Technological Skills, and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent grasp of communication skills.
  • The computer capabilities.
  • The knowledge and exposure to his or her profession.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.

 

 

The terms of service: Full time
