RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, market, and sell goods and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning.
- To address the demands of current and new customers, conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses.
- Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and customer rapport.
- Use cold calling to get in touch with potential clients.
- In order to increase customer satisfaction, resolve complaints and issues as soon as possible.
- Achieve predetermined sales goals and results on time.
- Work with teammates and other departments to coordinate the sales effort.
- Examine market potential, monitor sales, and compile status reports.
- Provide reports to management regarding consumer requirements, issues, and interests as well as competing activity and the possibility for new goods and services.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A business bachelor’s degree or a closely similar degree.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales representative position.
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of BRM and CRM procedures as well as the capacity to forge fruitful business and professional connections.
- Extremely focused, goal-oriented, and have a successful track record in sales.
- Outstanding communication, negotiating, and selling abilities.
- Organizational abilities, time management, and prioritizing.

2. Job Title: SALES AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER

HR World Limited is seeking a Sales and Procurement Manager to oversee company operations and manage day-to-day activities such as business development, procurement, inventory, staff, and clients on behalf of our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and overseeing all buying operations as well as staff.
- Creating plans for the acquisition of goods, services, and equipment.
- Creating, putting into practice, and upholding the organization’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Determine your target market and create a strategy to attract and keep them.
- Look for and identify potential customers and leads.
- Continue to have a good rapport with potential clients.
- Recognize the needs of your customers and provide solutions that meet those demands.
- Create and meet quarterly, half-yearly, monthly, weekly, and annual sales targets.
- Preserve client information and documentation.
- Determine the underlying causes and create plans of action to enhance and meet procurement and sales KPIs.
- Create weekly reports and a monthly forecast to offer information on the performance of the company.
- Create SMART goals for your group and use quarterly performance evaluations to monitor their progress.
- Conduct one-on-one staff reviews to discuss areas for improvement and performance evaluation. Create a strategy for improving areas of upskilling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as accounting, business management, or procurement.
- A minimum of five years of comparable experience in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in management and supervision
- It is strongly advised to obtain certification in procurement and supply (PSPTB, for example).
- Outstanding inventory management abilities.

3. Job Title: HEAD OF POLICY

HR WORLD LIMITED
We are seeking a Head of Policy to provide functional oversight, theme leadership, and technical support to project staff as needed on behalf of our esteemed customer, HR World Limited.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and charting the country’s progress toward the N4G Summit and Food Systems Summit pledges.
- Enable national consultation and planning using knowledge from its worldwide experience and national programs.
- As the main point of contact for the cross-sectoral company working group on post-summit interactions, consultations, and actions within the country.
- Take the lead in internal communications to enlighten colleagues on the pledges made to reform the country’s food system and mobilize employees to help.
- Combine and synchronize the advocacy and policy work from the Food Systems Summit with the national business plan of the organization.
- Keep an eye on, participate in, and, when necessary, represent the company in important policy forums and meetings pertaining to the transformation of the food system at the national and local levels.
- Take the lead in fostering external engagement with important players in the public and commercial sectors, the UN, funders, and civil society, including the media, academia, and other development professionals, in order to strengthen support for the company’s objective and raise funds for nutrition in Tanzania.
- Offer program and field teams managerial and technical direction that ensures adherence to national and local government policies and procedures.
- As a member of the organization’s Tanzania Senior Management Team, assist in managing the country team as a whole to support the implementation of the business plan for the country office.
- Represent the company in technical organizations, conferences, seminars, and meetings with donors and the government.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a comparable discipline, such as public health or public policy, or equivalent professional experience.
- The need is to have ten years or more of experience in the relevant sector.
- The ability and willingness to travel, both inside and outside Tanzania.
- The capacity to do tasks on time and independently.
- A dynamic, practical, and self-reliant individual.
