POSITION INFORMATION:

Job Title: Assistant HR Officer

Job location: Dar es Salaam

 

CORE JOB DETAILS:

The duties of an assistant human resources officer include supporting the creation and execution of HR programs and systems, as well as providing administrative and HR support to an organization.

ESSENTIAL WORK:

  • Help with the overall induction of all new hires with the HR policies of the company.
  • Updating the employee’s file on the HRMIS as well as physically.
  • Aid in the organization and execution of the company’s CSR program.
  • Furnishing and populating the departmental database.
  • Help in Organizing Training Requirements and Plans.
  • In the system and employee files, update and document all personnel contracts.
  • Help with payroll preparation and submission to the finance department.
  • Help with the handover and approval of all company tools.
  • Aid in the administration and control of overtime.
  • Aid in entering all leave requests into the system.

EDUCATION:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Human Resources Management.

SKILLS:

Three(3) or more years of equivalent experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • The capacity for rapid learning.
  • The capacity to function under duress.
  • Positive outlook.

 

POSITION INFORMATION:

Job Title: NOC Operator

Job location: Dar es Salaam

 

CORE JOB DETAILS:

On telecommunication towers under PIVOTECH’s management, the NOC Operator is in charge of scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance. As a result, S/He will guarantee that all sites carry out preventative maintenance in accordance with PIVOTECH-established SHEQ procedures, service level agreements, and client standard operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL WORK:

  • Evaluate, take part in, and provide your approval to close all completed SN tasks.
  • Acquiring Site Data.
  • Take part in creating and carrying out the monthly budget and plan for preventative maintenance.
  • Real-time reconciliation of scheduled work.
  • Reports and Interaction.
  • Data consistency.
  • Site Visibility Follow-up Alarms & RMS.
  • SLAs lower LD.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, or a similar discipline.

SKILLS:

Three (3) or more years of equivalent experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Capable of using Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Independence in carrying its duties as delegated.
  • The capacity for rapid learning.
  • The capacity to function under duress.
