Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

To expand our sales team, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer that is results-oriented and highly motivated.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Building and sustaining connections with clients, seeking out new business prospects, and hitting sales targets are all part of the job description of a sales representative. You will collaborate closely with our sales staff to create plans for growing our clientele and boosting sales.

Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • To create leads and increase sales, proactively locate and connect with possible customers.
  • Create and preserve enduring, solid relationships with your customers.
  • Work together with internal teams to create solutions that are tailored to the demands of your clients.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and rivals’ actions.
  • Reach and surpass sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance indicators, giving management regular updates and analysis.
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and surpass sales goals in the designated territory.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Good rapport-building abilities and interpersonal skills with clients.
  • Motivated by achievements and self-motivated.
  • The capacity to function both alone and together.
  • A readiness to travel inside the designated area.
