Technical
- Cartrack devices are installed in accordance with the set quality criteria.
- Identify and fix issues that arose after installation.
- Capturing the necessary images required for fitting.
- To finish the fitting procedure, download the fitment images.
- Correctly filling out the pre- and post-installation vehicle inspection forms.
- As soon as you can, report any issues or abnormalities via the appropriate channels.
- Show that you understand the product line and the technical requirements for installations.
- Reaching a minimum of four daily fitments as the designated goal.
Client support / Customer Service:
- Client pleasure and giving each client’s car the best possible care.
- Always be kind and professional when dealing with clients.
- Adherence to the schedule: punctual for meetings and appointments.
- Delivery of client packets as needed.
- As soon as you can, report any difficulties with the customer service or any concerns through the appropriate channels.
